Priority Support
You'll have unlimited priority email and telephone support (toll free in the
US). Our support staff is available to help you between
8:30 am and 5:00 PM Central Time (GMT
-06:00), Monday through Friday.
Automatic Updates
If your DGI product is improved or has problem fixes, You will automatically
receive regular updates via email.
Revised Documentation
Sometimes enhancements or changes made to your software will also warrant
revisions to your document and/or help files. With Support PLUS you will receive
updated help and document files along with your regular update.
Free Upgrades
You won't have to go through your purchasing department all
over again once a new release of your DGI product comes
out. As a member of Support PLUS, you'll receive all new releases free of
charge.
World Wide Web Support
Our www support site insures that you can reach DGI as needed for sending
data or obtaining software updates. And if you have a question about any of the
DGI products, you can email your questions to tech support for a speedy reply.
