A: Add the following command to your control file: If Cell=* EntityType=(1,3-99) Then Layer=0 Color=Bylayer Linetype=Bylayer Endif

This command will assign all cell elements except the cell header (EntityType=2) to layer 0 and set the color and linetpye to Bylayer. The cell header level will determine which layer the block insert is on.
